fantastic hotel experience!

the staff helped me with metro routes! plus, they gave awesome suggestions for exploring the city and told me about a free concert! the breakfast had great variety. the hotel even gave a complimentary chocolate and espresso machine in the room!
The hotel had a huge staircase at the entrance without a lift! it was challenging to carry our heavy luggage upstairs. It was inconvenient.

The receptionists were helpful and attentive, addressing all my needs with a smile! they provided detailed directions and recommendations for local attractions. the overall service level was excellent. I loved it.

the hotel is very near the casa da música, super convenient for attending concerts! being close to the bom sucesso market, with its great variety of meals and a supermarket, was very convenient too! the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

mixed experience due to design flaws

The room design presented some issues. the bathroom had minimal separation from the bedroom. Only a curtain divided the spaces. this lack of privacy was unexpected in a hotel of this category. i also noted a strong smell of disinfectant throughout the premises.

The treats every day were an acceptable touch, I suppose.
I had problems with the bathroom. The toilet has a glass door that is not properly sealed so everyone can hear everything. The shower was gross with mold.

the room was spacious and clean. i received custard tarts as a treat each day. the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated its connection to the food court. it offered excellent meals.
the hotel has a huge staircase at the entrance. it was difficult with heavy luggage. i noticed no elevator or escalator.
